Abstract
Details the procedure for airborne sound insulation measurements for building products such as walls, floors, doors, windows, shutters, facade elements, facades, glazing, airing panels, outdoor air intakes, electrical raceways and transit sealing systems. Provides definitions, general mounting and boundary conditions, data processing and details of the test report. The test results are useful for comparison of sound insulation properties of building elements, capabilities and properties.
