Looks at the problems and issues of regeneration from a neighbourhood level perspective using evidence from the New Deal for Communities programme. Explores: the problems faced by NDC partnerships; the process outcomes and the change outcomes regeneration should achieve; and the cost effective options for regeneration of places.
