Abstract
Seeks views about proposals for new regulations to ensure certain water and sewerage infrastructure projects are put out to competitive tender, to be governed by a new regime - the Special Infrastructure Projects Regime (SIPR).

Part of the "Consultation on the regime for special water and sewerage infrastructure projects in England" consultation package which comprises: a consultation letter, this consultation document, an impact assessment and a consultee list (all DEFRA, 2011). Consultation closed on 17 May 2011.
