Decision letter detailing the determination of compliance with requirement H4 and relates to demolition of the existing garage and lean-to toilet and sun lounge and replaced by a side and rear extension of one and a half stories comprising a garage, utility and wet room area and an open plan kitchen and dining space on ground floor and a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom area on first floor.
