Abstract
Reservoir road pavements made from porous materials can delay and reduce the rate of water run-off to outfall drains, or if allowed to infiltrate the soil they can reduce water flow into drains. This research project looks into use of this system on more heavily trafficked roads, with a purpose built system at Hulland Ward factory.
