Abstract
Relates to the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011. SSI 2011/228, which aim to: consolidate waste management licensing regulations (WMLR); amend provisions that will make it more flexible and efficient; transpose the Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC) into Scots law; and amend legislation relating to waste carriers.
