Abstract
Comprises a letter to local planning authorities drawing their attention to 'Outdoor advertisements and signs - a guide for advertisers' published by the DCLG in 2007. The guide provides an explanation of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 to anyone who may have displayed an advertisement that allegedly does not comply with those regulations.
