Introduces an amended Annex A to BD 24 which incorporates the Welsh Government's latest requirements.

IANs must be read in conjunction with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCHW). Applicable to Wales only. Refers to DMRB Volume 1 Section 3 Part 1 (1.3.1).
