Abstract

This Warranty may be given by a contractor to a provider of finance (Funder) for proposed building works let or to be let under: a JCT Standard Building Contract (SBC); a JCT Intermediate Building Contract (IC); a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD); a JCT Design and Build Contract (DB); or a JCT Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC).

Document History

The current edition of this document is JCT contractor collateral warranty for a funder 2016 JCT 2011 Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2016. Replaces - CWa/F 05. JCT 2011 has now been withdrawn following the successful release of the JCT 2016 edition of contracts, 10 May 2018.
