Abstract
Appropriate for use where the adjudicator is named in a JCT contract/sub-contract/agreement for the purpose of adjudicating upon a dispute that may arise under that contract.
Document History
Replaced by ADJ/N 2016 JCT 2011 Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2016. Replaces - ADJ/N 05. JCT 2011 has now been withdrawn following the successful release of the JCT 2016 edition of contracts, 10 May 2018.
