Abstract
May be given by a management contractor to a purchaser or tenant of the whole or part of the building(s) comprising the works which are being or have been carried out under the Management Building Contract (MC).
Document History
The current version of this contract is MCWa/PandT 2016 JCT 2011 Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2016. Replaces - MCWa/P and T 05. JCT 2011 has now been withdrawn following the successful release of the JCT 2016 edition of contracts, 10 May 2018.
