Abstract

Appropriate for use between a works contractor and an employer, and where the works contractor has entered into a management works contract under a Management Building Contract. Also appropriate where the works contractor is to carry out the design and execution of sub-contract works.

Document History

The current version of this contract is MCWC/E 2016 JCT 2011 Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2016. Replaces - MCWC/E 05. JCT 2011 has now been withdrawn following the successful release of the JCT 2016 edition of contracts, 10 May 2018.
