Abstract
Relates to SSI 2011/378, which amends SSI 2008/434 to extend the application of those regulations to appeals under sections 18 and 35 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 and to the consideration of applications referred to the Scottish Ministers following a direction under section 11 of that Act. Contains annex of associated legislation.
