Abstract
Looks at the processes associated with converting the BRE Victorian Terrace into a number of energy-efficient spaces. Looks at the construction process, during which the various products specified were installed, and covers the period on site from February 2010 to completion of the first phase in July 2010. Also describes BRE’s CALIBRE construction efficiency tool and how it was applied.
