Examines the costs and benefits of amending Infrastructure planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2009, to transpose EC Directive 2009/31/EC. The amendments are laid down in Infrastructure planning (environmental impact assessment) (amendment) regulations 2011 (SI 2011/2741).
