Abstract
Describes the quality system requirements to be established by the organisations responsible for the preservative treatment of timber and interprets the requirements of British Standard BS EN ISO 2000 or BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and should be read in conjunction with those standards and, where appropriate, WPA QGN 2.
