Amends the Planning and development regulations 2001 (SI 2001/600), the Planning and development (regional planning guidelines) regulations 2003 (SI 2003/175), and the Planning and development (strategic environmental assessment) Regulations 2004. These Regulations and the Planning and development regulations 2001 to 2010 shall be construed as one and may be collectively cited as the Planning and development regulations 2001 to 2011.
