Abstract
Comprises a letter to Chief Planning Officers of local authorities updating them on changes to the arrangements for handling planning casework following the closure of the Regional Government Offices. These changes are part of the drive to devolve more powers to localities and remove burdens and constraints on local and neighbourhood organisations.
