Abstract

Relates to the Localism act 2011 (infrastructure planning) (consequential amendments) regulations 2012. SI 2012/635, which amends, in consequence of provisions within the Localism Act 2011, secondary legislation that prescribe procedures for the obtaining of development consent for nationally significant infrastructure projects under the Planning Act 2008.
