Abstract
Aims to provide comprehensive assistance for those operating, regulating or interested in facilities that are covered by the Environmental permitting (England and Wales) regulations 2010 (SI 2010/675). Describes the main provisions of SI 2010/675 and sets out the views of the Secretaries of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs and for Energy and Climate Change and the Welsh Ministers on how the regulations should be applied and how particular terms should be interpreted in England and Wales. This update incorporates changes to reflect Environmental Permitting amending Regulations 2011 and 2012 and, other amendments.
