Abstract
Guidance and explanation to the concept and philosophy of universal design and encourages developers, designers, builders and building managers to provide solutions that meet the needs of all building users. Focuses on internal/external access, use and safety of buildings, together with design considerations and regulations for all types of buildings that people live in, work in or visit.
