Comprises annexes to advice note 12. Includes: Annex 1 - Espoo Convention list of activities (Appendix 1 of the Espoo (EIA) Convention); Annex 2 - second amendment to the Espoo (EIA) Convention; Annex 3 - contact details for countries closest to the UK; and Annex 4 - screening matrix for likely significant effects on the environment of another EEA state.

Under the Localism Act 2011, the IPC is abolished with its work being transferred to the National Infrastructure Directorate, created within the Planning Inspectorate. Consequently, all IPC advice notes have been republished by the Planning Inspectorate.
