Amends the Planning and development regulations 2001, which have since been updated by the following regulations: SI 2002/70, SI 2002/149, SI 2003/90, SI 2004/436, SI 2005/364, SI 2006/685, SI 2007/83, SI 2007/135, SI 2008/235, SI 2008/256, SI 2010/406. These Regulations and the Planning and development regulations 2001 to 2011 shall be construed as one and may be collectively cited as the Planning and development regulations 2001 to 2012.
