Abstract
Seeks views on the refreshed guidance on the compulsory acquisition of land, bringing it into line with the Localism Act 2011, being made more concise in the process. Clarifies that after the abolition of the Infrastructure Planning Commission, the Planning Inspectorate will handle requests for certification under sections 127, 131 and 132 of the Planning Act 2008.
