Amended by SR 2022/71. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 21 the following legislation was revoked on 31/10/2012: SR 2000/389, SR 2005/295, SR 2006/355, SR 2006/440, SR 2008/170, SR 2010/1 and SR 2010/382. See also the transitional provisions in Schedule 1 for Building Regulations that shall continue to apply in accordance with that Schedule. Amended by SR 2012/375, SR 2014/44 and SR 2016/412.
