Abstract
Comprises the final business and regulatory impact assessment of amending the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (SSI 2008/432) to include a requirement to consult Scottish Ministers on certain development proposals affecting sites included in the inventory of historic battlefields.
