Abstract
Reports on the condition of local authority roads, motorways and trunk roads in England, obtained from a variety of sources such as SCANNER surveys (covering local authority classified roads) and TRACS surveys (covering Highways Agency trunk and motorways) as well as manual surveys of unclassified roads and skidding resistance surveys.
