Abstract
Provides guidance on the drawing up of development contribution schemes that will help Ireland's economic recovery.

Superseded by full report Planning guidelines 24 - Development Contributions. Guidelines for Planning Authorities (2013). This document is a consultation draft of the proposed guidelines. Following a review of submissions received during the public consultation phase, these will be finalised and issued as ministerial guidelines under section 28 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2010. Replaces guidance previously issued in Departmental Circulars PD 4/2003 and PD 5/2007.
