Abstract
Comprises an impact assessment on the consultation being carried out on changes to the listed building consent system. The consultation seeks views on options for changing the system of listed building consents, ensuring that heritage assets are conserved in a manner appropriate to their significance, and at the same time to avoiding increased burdens on local planning authorities.
