Superseded by Building regulations (Part J amendment) regulations 2014. SI 2014/133. This draft when published will amend Part J (Heating Producing Appliances) of the Second Schedule to the Building Regulations 1997 (S.I. No. 497 of 1997). Subject to Regulation 3, these Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 2013.
