Abstract
CID/12 is similar to, but shorter than, ID/10., suggested for use in the engagement of designers for interior design projects which are of low value, non-complex in nature, or where the client may wish to engage the designer to procure furniture, fixtures and equipment as an agent or as a principle. Guidance notes on the use of the CID/12 Agreement are provided, along with model forms of a Letter of Appointment and a Memorandum of Agreement which incorporates a suggested form of fee schedule.
