Abstract
In 2002 the supply of PFOS containing foams was banned in UK markets, but there was a 10 year grace period allowed before stocks needed to be disposed of. FIA guidance for those involved in such disposal covers matter relating to identification and verification, handling and storage, transport and destruction.
