Abstract
Discusses proposed changes to the Technical Handbook Section 0: General to reflect the legislative change from the Construction products directive (89/106/EEC) to the Construction products regulation 2011 (CPR) which comes into force 1 July 2013 and introduces mandatory CE marking on construction products.
