Abstract
Discusses proposed changes to the Technical Handbook Section 3: Environment and Section 4: Safety covering guidance for carbon monoxide detection, water efficiency provisions, climbability of protective barriers to protect children, wind driven rain assessment for external walls, waste storage requirements and to raise awareness of changing places toilets.
