Abstract
Describes suggested arrangements to ensure the delivery of robust, repeatable and accurate and consistent EPCs, DECs, ACRs as part of quality assurance for the EPBD regime. The project reviewed scheme standards, regulation and administration procedures, explored ways of incorporating other schemes such as the Competent Persons, considered options to transfer functions performed by CLG to an arms length body and examined sample EPCs for QA purposes and to assess the quality of the underlying data.
