Abstract
Comprises the draft of Specified Infrastructure Projects (SIP) Regulations, the proposed secondary legislation to be made under section 36A of the Water industry Act 1991 as part of the Government's 'next steps' consultation.

Part of the 'Next steps consultation: regime for specified (special) water and sewerage infrastructure projects in England' consultation package which comprises: consultation letter, an impact assessment, these draft SIP Regulations, and draft notice to be made under the SIP Regulations (all DEFRA, 2012). Consultation closed on 4 December 2012.
