Comes into operation 1st January 2013. Amends the Safety, health and welfare at work (general application) regulations 2007 (SI 2007/299) as previously amended by the Safety, health and welfare at work (general application) (amendment) regulations 2007 (SI 2007/732) and the Safety, health and welfare at work (general application) (amendment) regulations 2010 (SI 2010/176) by inserting a new Part 10 and Schedule 12 to the Regulations relating to pressure systems.
