Abstract

Intended to improve a project team's understanding of who is undertaking which design activity on any aspect of building services design, and how this will reduce project risk. Provides a framework by separating design activities into key stages and presenting them in a pro-forma style. Also includes new material to help allocate design activities related to Building Information Management (BIM) and the production of building information models.
