Abstract

Relates to SR 2012/442, which make a small amendment to the Water Framework Directive (Priority Substances and Classification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 to change the date by which the Department of the Environment is required to establish an inventory of emissions, discharges and losses of substances required under regulation 8 of those Regulations from 31 December 2012 to 22 December 2013.
