Abstract
Provides guidance for local authorities for HMO licensing under Part 5 of the Housing (Scotland) act 2006. Explains the requirements of the legislation and how to apply for an HMO licence, looks at administration, standards and licensing conditions, identification of unlicensed HMOs and enforcement.
