Abstract
Draws attention to the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/105), which make no changes to the fees scheme other than increase the rates of fees and the fee maximum by approximately 20%.
