Relates to SR 2013/96, which expands the scope of permitted development in Northern Ireland to cover: temporary use of land to operate street markets; operational obligations of statutory undertakers; installation, alteration or replacement of electronic communications apparatus; and installation, alteration of replacement of non-domestic microgeneration equipment.
