Abstract
From October 2011 - April 2012, JCT ran a consultation to collect data, views and opinions from professionals and stakeholders, on life cycle matters/sustainability within the context of construction contracts. The findings of the report include a project case study, which achieved a BREEAM Outstanding rating.
