Abstract

Gives a comprehensive overview of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013, including introduction, concept, tasks bars, project stages and roles, FAQs and glossary. It also makes a comparison to the 2007 Plan of Work which needed updating to include sustainable design, the mapping of BIM processes, provide more flexibility around planning procedures, change the way building services design is delivered, responding to the recommendations of the UK Government Construction Strategy, and provide better mapping and flexibility for procurement.
