Abstract

Acts as a reference work for running architectural jobs and administering construction contracts. Aims to provide a systematic operational framework that can be applied to any building type or procurement method. Examines architects’ key obligations and actions to be undertaken at every work stage in the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 set out as a series of checklists. New information includes collaboration within the project team, better briefing, advances in information technology and BIM, and the continued importance of sustainability.
