Abstract
To ensure the safety, minimise inconvenience and protect the structure of the road and apparatus in it. Sets out a framework for the co-ordination and co-operation in action, establishes the Scottish road works register and covers roads subject to special controls, works categories and notice requirements, restrictions, directions, completion of works, embargoes, composite works, related matters and training.
