Abstract

Relates to SSI 2013/176, which amend the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 to enable SEPA to publish details of any application to carry on an activity that it considers is likely to have a significant adverse impact, and to require SEPA to consider any written representations received before the end of a period of 28 days from the date on which the application is advertised.
