Abstract
Presents a summary of business volumes and activities performed by DOE Planning (formerly known as The Planning Service) during 2012/13, together with comparable data from the previous financial year. Includes: volume of applications received and decided overall, including geographic detail at the Local Government District and the Assembly Constituency level; several areas of high public interest, namely applications for residential development (including information on residential development in urban and rural areas), renewable energy and enforcement activity; performance against key planning application processing targets in relation to major, intermediate, and minor applications; suite of statistical tables and maps; and user guidance.
