Abstract

Relates to SI 2013/2147, which amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 to provide that "relevant demolition" (demolition of certain unlisted buildings in conservation areas in England) is not "permitted development", and to disapply the requirement for prior approval of the demolition of a listed building or scheduled monument.
