Abstract
Gives recommendations and guidance for the reduction of unwanted fire signals (UwFS) generated by automatic fire detection and alarm systems in healthcare premises. Common causes of unwanted fire signals include, cooking activities, contractors working, electrical causes and steam, or illicit smoking.
